Linda, we were very excited about the opportunity to build a village in McKinney Green, creating a grand entrance for the east side of Mckinney. We remain enthusiastic about the possibility of working with your community in the future, however we are declining to move forward with this project for a host of reasons. If some key factors changed in the near future, we would welcome the opportunity to revisit working with your group. As your community continues to plan for the future if there is anything that I can do to assist you I would be very happy to do so. I have enjoyed working with you and the board on this project and have the utmost respect for how you have represented your community and helped me in the process. Your professionalism has been exemplary. It has been a pleasure meeting with you and the homeowners and I wish the best for each of you in planning for the future of McKinney Green.
