Annual assessments Statements

McKinney Greens Residents:

SBB Management Company will be sending out annual assessments statements by the 15th of December. Included in your statement will be a copy of the 2016 Approved Budget which includes an increase in the assessment amount, along with an introductory letter from SBB. Please be on the lookout for them in your mailbox.
